Overview

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative at Texan Insurance, you will assist clients with policy questions and provide exceptional customer service while managing insurance transactions.

• Assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and claims.
• Providing A+ customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes.
• Working with insurance carriers for smooth transactions.
• Supporting Account Managers with quotes and client correspondence.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell insurance products.
• 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance required.
• Active P&C License is necessary.
• Stellar communication and customer service skills required.
• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
