Overview

The Account Executive, Customer Growth will be responsible for driving expansion revenue within the existing Tebra customer base, focusing on SMB medical practices.

In Short

  • Develop and execute cross-sell strategies that drive revenue expansion.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion revenue within existing clients.
  • Partner with Tech Touch account managers for customer engagement.
  • Track and action internal referrals for new product purchases.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients interested in additional products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to uncover cross-sell opportunities.
  • Utilize technologies to enhance client interactions.
  • Assist Account Managers with contract negotiations.
  • Provide sales training to enhance demo volume and close rates.
  • Offer feedback to improve cross-sell team efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales-related customer facing role.
  • At least 4 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Proven track record as a successful Account Executive.
  • Experience in prospecting, demoing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Comfortable using technology for revenue expansion.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Domain experience in healthcare technology is a plus.
