In Short

  • Responsible for your team's results: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor sales team's performance and provide guidance to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with Head of Sales to develop sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Foster a positive and motivated sales culture within the team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is a plus).
  • Experience in leadership, building teams, coaching teams and individuals.
  • Strong motivation and high activity levels.
  • Positive and caring attitude.
  • Lives close to Downtown Toronto.
