In Short

• Oversee a portfolio of 8–10 small to mid-sized businesses.
• Responsible for financial performance and strategic alignment.
• Accountable for driving performance through company leaders.
• Own P&L responsibility for the portfolio.
• Manage and support leaders of each portfolio company.
• Track and drive KPIs across businesses.
• Partner with company leaders for growth and operational improvements.
• Serve as the main point of contact between network companies and Teamshares.
• Identify and drive cross-portfolio synergies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and financial standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business leadership or portfolio management.
• Experience managing multiple P&L statements.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Proven ability to lead through influence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or engineering.
