The Vice President of Network Performance will drive financial results and operational excellence across a network of employee-owned small businesses, overseeing industry experts and ensuring high performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in multi-unit operations or portfolio management.
• 5+ years managing high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in investor-backed businesses is a plus.
• Familiarity with tech-enabled environments preferred.
