Overview

The Vice President of Brand Performance will serve as the key leader in Arbor’s pursuit of brand excellence across its hotel portfolio.

In Short

  • Oversee the implementation of brand standards across the Arbor Lodging portfolio.
  • Lead initiative to identify and address gaps in guest service scores.
  • Drive continuous improvement through property-level action plans.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Partner with revenue management and marketing teams.
  • Champion new guest experience initiatives.
  • Stay updated on hospitality trends and benchmarks.
  • Manage overall hotel operations of 5-7 properties.
  • Continuously analyze hotel operations for efficiencies.
  • Regularly visit hotel properties for quality control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in branded hotels.
  • At least 8 years in hotel operations management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving brand performance metrics.
  • Experience with both full service and select-service hotels.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% to various locations.
