Overview

As a Financial Controller at My Financial Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving financial success for a subset of Teamshares network companies within the Retail Industry, providing high-quality financial management and oversight.

• Provide financial management for retail industry network companies.

• Master the full accounting process from data entry to financial analysis.

• Act as a key advisor to leadership on financial health.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts.
• Deliver key financial metrics and insights on business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of professional accounting experience, with retail industry experience required.
• Experience in small to medium-sized business accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and POS systems.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Advanced project-management and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy individual who can problem-solve in a remote environment.
• Adaptable and proactive attitude with a willingness to engage hands-on.
