Financial Controller - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and growth-oriented Financial Controller to manage day-to-day accounting operations, payroll processing, compliance tracking, and financial reporting. This role will start with a strong focus on transactional tasks and evolve into a strategic finance leadership position as the business scales.

• Manage full cycle of bookkeeping and accounting operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a controller or senior accountant role.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Clear communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-starter attitude and proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with multi-state compliance regulations.
