Requirements

• 5+ years in a Financial Controller or senior finance role.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or recurring revenue environments.
• Expertise in multi-entity accounting across different regions.
• Proficiency in financial systems including Xero and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and financial modeling.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for non-finance stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience with R&D tax incentives and clean-tech compliance.
