As a Senior Media Buyer & Creative Performance Lead, you will lead strategies and execution for a fast-growing beauty company, focusing on media buying across Meta and Snapchat to enhance brand presence in the GCC and Middle East.

Requirements

• 5+ years of media buying experience, especially on Meta and Snapchat.
• Experience scaling DTC beauty or fashion brands.
• Strong understanding of unit economics (CAC, MER).
• Creative leadership and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Organized with excellent planning and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in AI for creative concepts.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
