Sales & Customer Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Saudi Sales & Customer Support Specialist to support our revenue growth and client experience end-to-end. This role involves working closely with the Business Development team to progress leads, conduct client meetings, and manage customer support tasks.

In Short

• Support Business Development team in moving prospects through the pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls and client meetings.
• Deliver tailored service presentations and demos.
• Maintain high-quality follow-ups and documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for client issues and requests.
• Support onboarding activities for new clients.
• Troubleshoot and document recurring client issues.
• Manage BD tooling and operations including CRM updates.
• Assist with scheduling and preparation for client meetings.
• Recommend improvements for workflows and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English (C1 minimum).
• Saudi National and based in Saudi Arabia.
• 3+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Support.
• Confidence in video presentations and discussions.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable with business tools (CRM, spreadsheets).
• Strong listening and discovery skills.
• Proactive and customer-first mindset.
