Financial Controller - Remote

In Short

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Manage and enhance internal controls and compliance.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with accountants and tax advisors.
• Prepare variance analysis and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Utilize financial software for reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with FP&A for strategic financial insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or ACCA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial control.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
