Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Financial Controller to oversee key financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insights.

In Short

• Manage month-end close and budget reporting.
• Analyze variances and provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
• Prepare financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Assist in financial audits and support strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Finance Director.
• Provide financial analysis and support contract negotiations.
• Produce annual budget and forecasts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in accounting management.
• Finance Services or Wealth Management Experience.
• CPA certification.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with financial statement preparation and budgeting.
• Proficiency in NetSuite accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling).
