In Short

• Lead a portfolio of 8–10 small to mid-sized businesses in manufacturing, electrical, and plumbing sectors.
• Responsible for financial performance and strategic alignment of the portfolio.
• Accountable for driving performance through company leaders.
• Own P&L responsibility and manage revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets.
• Support and coach leaders of each portfolio company.
• Track and drive KPIs, implementing turnaround strategies as needed.
• Partner with leaders to develop growth and operational improvement plans.
• Serve as main point of contact between network companies and Teamshares.
• Identify and drive cross-portfolio synergies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business leadership or portfolio management.
• Experience managing multiple P&L statements.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Preferred experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lead through influence with seasoned operators.
• Comfortable with both strategy and operational issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or engineering; MBA preferred.
