The Manager of Partner Success for the Onboarding Team will lead efforts to enhance customer experiences by redefining onboarding processes and managing a team of specialists.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support or Success.
  • Experience managing a team is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or education-related fields.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer levels.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Effective presentation skills.
