Teaching Strategies is an innovative edtech organization focused on connecting teachers, children, and families, and we are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the development and delivery of our Childcare Center Management platform.

In Short

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Translate product strategy into actionable user stories and requirements.
• Own features or workflows from discovery to delivery.
• Use AI tools to accelerate product development.
• Support the development of AI-powered features.
• Engage customers to validate concepts.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Define and analyze product metrics.
• Communicate product updates clearly to various audiences.
• Coordinate agile ceremonies and represent customer voice.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in delivering software products.
• 2+ years in an agile/scrum environment.
• Experience using AI tools for product development.
• Strong interest in AI/ML.
• Experience using data for product decisions preferred.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in edtech or operational SaaS is a plus.
