Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Experience with Teaching Strategies products preferred.
  • 2-4 years in Customer Support or Account Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in education or related field required.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Effective presentation skills.
