Requirements

  • Experience with Teaching Strategies products preferred.
  • 2-4 years in Customer Support or Account Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or education required.
  • Strong communication skills at multiple levels.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
