• Drive feature parity across markets for consistent patient care.

• Ensure data infrastructure supports feature impact measurement.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product operations, product management, technical program management, or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide clear recommendations.
• Comfortable making decisions with limited data.
• Willingness to learn and adopt AI tools.
• Experience with EHR systems like Epic and Athena is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Intercom, and Slack.
• Data analysis skills, preferably with SQL.
