Associate Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The Associate Product Manager (APM) is a hands-on product role designed to develop strong product managers through real ownership and practical application. In this role, you will own defined product problems and initiatives end-to-end—learning product discovery, delivery, and decision-making by doing the work, not observing it. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations while receiving active coaching and feedback from experienced product leaders. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build product judgment, customer empathy, and execution skills through real-world experience.

In Short

• Own clearly defined product problems or outcome areas within a product or workflow.
• Conduct customer and internal user interviews to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs.
• Translate insights into problem statements, hypotheses, and success metrics.
• Define solutions collaboratively with Design and Engineering.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Define and track success metrics for initiatives owned.
• Analyze feature adoption and usage patterns.
• Communicate priorities and tradeoffs clearly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn product best practices.
• Proficiency in English is necessary for job-related communication.
