Overview

The Senior Project Manager serves as a dynamic change agent and aggressively leads business process improvements and cross functional projects. This role provides sustained improvement to critical operational processes to help management achieve strategic goals and impact financial results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 7+ years of experience.
• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager.
• Project Management certifications (PMP preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience managing complex change initiatives.
• Proven ability to implement continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management (preferred).
• Proficient in project management software (i.e. Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project).
• Familiarity with financial tracking and reporting activities (preferred).
