Overview

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Global Recruitment Marketing Intern to take our employer brand and recruitment marketing to the next level. The ideal candidate for this role has some experience in content marketing (email campaigns, blogs, web design). You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate across cultures and play a role in implementing strategies that make a substantial impact on our talent acquisition efforts.

• Build targeted lists and develop email campaigns to promote hiring efforts.
• Engage with co-workers to gather compelling blog stories, focusing on creating SEO-optimized articles.
• Enhance the design and web layout of the careers website.
• Assist in driving global employer brand strategy and enhancing candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Brand team on digital and print materials.
• Develop content, copy, visuals, and video for marketing needs.
• Identify areas for marketing campaigns using data analysis.
• Create reports to evaluate recruitment marketing effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with third-party global vendor accounts.
• Participate in a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Experience in content marketing, especially with blogs or email campaigns.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Human Resources, or Business-related fields.
• Experience using graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint for building reports and presentations.
