Lead Product Designer - Remote

In Short

• Own the design vision for core product areas, connecting business objectives to human needs with clarity and conviction.
• Lead design reviews and present design solutions clearly to engineering, product management, and other stakeholders.
• Drive design from zero-to-one blue sky initiatives to fast, iterative experiments that validate, learn, and deliver.
• Advocate and be a bold voice for the user and the customer. Hold the business accountable to CSAT, NPS, and the lived experience of our product.
• Lead end-to-end design processes from user research, conceptual sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications.
• Maintain design systems and component libraries that scale excellence across every team and surface.
• Partner deeply with product, engineering, marketing, and support to shape and ship end-to-end experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience across mobile and web applications. Experience shipping products that influence business metrics.
• Demonstrated experience in designing user-centric digital products, with a strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and usability principles.
• Fluency in Figma, plus experience creating and evolving scalable design systems.
• A portfolio that shows both your taste and your thinking — we want to see how you solve problems, not just how you polish pixels.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Comfort working in ambiguity, fast cycles, and high-stakes decisions. You think strategically, move fast, and sweat the details.
