Lead Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As Lead Product Designer at Blink Health, you will support the day-to-day design needs of a cross-functional product team and drive alignment across multiple product areas.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience.
• BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
• Problem-solving skills in complex software applications.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
• Blended skill set of visual design, interaction design, and user research.
• Proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading a style guide or design system initiative.
• Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
• A comprehensive portfolio of product design case studies.
