Overview

The Senior Program Manager, People Operations is a senior, hands-on People Operations leader responsible for delivering a high-quality employee experience across the full HR lifecycle while building scalable systems, programs, and processes.

In Short

• Own and execute end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding through offboarding.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic support.
• Act as a proactive problem solver by identifying gaps and improving the employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and multi-state operations.
• Support benefits administration and leave of absence processes.
• Own HRIS data integrity and support system configuration.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve workflows.
• Partner with various departments for alignment across systems.
• Redesign People Operations workflows for efficiency.
• Maintain dashboards for data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
