Regulatory Counsel - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and highly skilled Regulatory Counsel to join our Legal team and support our growing Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs function at Blink Health.

In Short

• Provide legal counsel on federal and state legislative and regulatory matters affecting the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Monitor and evaluate relevant legislative and regulatory developments.
• Conduct comprehensive 50-state surveys to support regulatory compliance.
• Draft legal memoranda and policy responses.
• Support advocacy for policies promoting access and innovation in healthcare.
• Collaborate with executives on legislative and regulatory matters.
• Work on ad hoc projects as needed by the Legal team.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical regulatory work.
• Strong foundation in federal and state regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to interpret and advise on proposed legislation.
• Experience working on Capitol Hill or within a federal or state agency is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize projects in a dynamic environment.
• Superior interpersonal skills and team-first attitude.
• Sound practical business judgment.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be based in Washington, D.C.
