The Manager, Blink Rx Strategy & Operations will lead initiatives to grow the pharma business, focusing on product innovation and operational effectiveness.

• Drive core offerings in collaboration with Product and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy & operations or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in the pharma/life sciences industry is preferred.
• High execution standards and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Action-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Fast learner with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Innovative problem solver.
• MBA or strategic consulting background preferred.
