Overview

Tanium is looking for talented and energetic individuals to join our fast-growing Corporate Sales team with a specific focus on the Public Sector. The Corporate Account Executive will play a critical role in helping public sector organizations address their most pressing Security and IT challenges. This role requires working closely with our strategic partners, Sales Engineers, and field sales teams to run full-cycle sales campaigns. Motivated and driven individuals will thrive in this collaborative and dynamic environment while developing key skills for a long-term technology sales career.

In Short

  • Build and manage a methodically qualified sales pipeline from start to close.
  • Research, identify, and generate new opportunities on a weekly basis.
  • Sell solutions in a consultative approach tailored to public sector needs.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Learn and embrace Tanium’s value-selling sales strategy.
  • Build a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and current trends in the marketplace.
  • Work closely with partners to drive the best outcomes for customers.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share insights and strategies.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree and have experience in full-cycle sales campaigns.
  • Demonstrate passion for helping public sector customers solve critical challenges.
  • Be a strong and effective communicator.
  • Build strong relationships across the business.
  • Exhibit eagerness to learn and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Show a competitive mentality that drives them to excel.
