Federal Clinical Quality Improvement Support Nurse - Remote

In Short

• Provide HQ-level support for CQI projects and clinical pathways.
• Coaching tools for the Clinical Quality Management (CQM) Program.
• Remote position available in the USA.
• Full-time hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
• Consultation, education, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Weekly Clinical Quality Improvement project status reporting.
• Follow DHA policies and procedures.
• Minimum 10 years of clinical and administrative healthcare experience required.
• Must have experience supporting the MHS/DHA.
• Registered Nurse with CPHQ or CPHRM certification required.

Requirements

• 10 years combined clinical and administrative healthcare experience.
• 3-5 years in clinical quality measurement and improvement.
• Experience in Corporate, HQ or large medical system preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust or DHA security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing required.
• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure required.
• CPHQ and/or CPHRM certification mandatory.
