Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• 5+ years of relevant clinical experience.
• 2+ years of direct patient triage experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in telecommunication technology and EHR systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to patient advocacy and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience in healthcare policy and procedure committees.
