Registered Nurse - Clinical Leader - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Leader is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance and oversight of clinical staff providing in-home services to clients for Help at Home. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating the clinical operations for the Georgia market, focusing on delivery of high-quality client care and implementing best practices and guidelines to ensure that clinical standards are maintained.

• Ensures compliance with Federal and State regulations for home care agencies.
• Monitors Medicaid contract compliance and state oversight.
• Communicates changes in industry regulations to nursing team.
• Oversees state training programs for nursing employees.
• Monitors licensure requirements for nursing staff.
• Assesses data related to service delivery and process improvement.
• Participates as a key stakeholder in clinical activities.
• Partners with Operations for clinical policy development.
• Establishes productivity standards and KPIs for Clinical Services.
• Develops and implements home care service programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active Georgia or multi-state RN license.
• Prior experience managing clinical staff.
• Five years of healthcare experience, preferably in home health.
• Three years of quality/process improvement experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple databases.
