Overview

The Client Access Senior Specialist assists with direction of activities for the Client Access team, resolving moderately complex problems and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.

In Short

• Remote position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST.
• Weekly pay ranging from $26.00-$27.00 hourly.
• Oversee client access functions and mentor staff.
• Ensure accurate client data entry into the system.
• Communicate with state and managed care organizations.
• Analyze information to solve problems effectively.
• Monitor reporting tools for key performance indicators.
• Train new and current employees on tasks.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of experience in medical insurance or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivated.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
