Lean Tech is seeking an experienced Senior Access Management Specialist to oversee access management systems, ensuring secure and efficient access across various platforms.

In Short

• Contribute to the end-to-end access management process, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Manage the onboarding process for new personnel and assign user accounts.
• Review job titles and match them to existing roles.
• Handle role transfers and ensure accurate updates to access levels.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows software and tools.
• Maintain and update system records for personnel changes.
• Ensure prompt revocation of access for departing employees.
• Support large-scale programs with access management for over 3,600 users.
• Document processes and troubleshooting efforts clearly.
• Assist in incident response efforts and provide support based on operational demands.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in access management or IT support.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting access management issues.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance.
• Ability to manage desktop software licenses.
• Experience with remote access tools such as VPN.
• ServiceNow certification is a plus.
• OKTA experience is desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
