• Seeking a Healthcare Risk Management Nurse for the DHA CQM Program.
• Support management of healthcare risk management processes.
• Utilize advanced clinical practice and quality management principles.
• Identify and draft HQ level documents for adverse event processing.
• Provide technical and analytical support in healthcare management.
• Prepare reports and briefs for stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor junior HRM staff.
• Follow all relevant policies and procedures.
• Fully remote position, available 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
• Contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in healthcare risk management.
• 5 years of experience leading healthcare risk managers.
• Experience in database analysis and healthcare management activities.
• Effective communication skills across various organizational levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiar with CCQAS or similar databases.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Registered Nurse licensure and CPHRM certification required.
