Healthcare Fellows Engagement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Healthcare Fellows Engagement Manager will facilitate connections and support the development of healthcare reformers through engaging experiences and resources.

In Short

• Facilitate conversations and meetings for fellows to discuss career goals.
• Curate and share healthcare policy content on an online platform.
• Create and distribute newsletters highlighting job openings and events.
• Participate in the fellowship to gain policy knowledge and skills.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the fellowship.
• Help with social media content creation and posting.
• Support outreach and recruitment efforts for cohorts.
• Assist with planning and executing in-person events.
• Coordinate with the Education Reformers Academy team.
• Engage in additional program activities as needed.

Requirements

• Strong interest in healthcare policy or willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Basecamp, Constant Contact, and Mighty Network is a plus.
• Ability to travel minimally.
