Overview

The Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator will provide quality improvement focused work for all delegated entities and support ACO quality reporting for contracted ACOs in a fully remote environment.

In Short

  • Work in a fully remote environment.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on Medicare Advantage STAR measures.
  • Conduct patient outreach initiatives to address quality gaps.
  • Collect quality data from various sources.
  • Manage daily work using multiple systems and applications.
  • Communicate quality performances and strategies internally and externally.
  • Participate in departmental and payer-sponsored training.
  • Collaborate with customers, payers, and coworkers.
  • Follow established policies for quality improvement workflows.
  • Build positive relationships with co-workers and customers.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or greater in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • 2 years’ experience in Medicare Advantage Quality data abstraction.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
