Overview

The Remote Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator will provide quality improvement focused work for all delegated entities and support for ACO quality reporting for all contracted ACOs.

In Short

  • Work in a fully remote environment and engage virtually with the team.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Medicare Advantage STAR measures.
  • Conduct patient outreach initiatives to improve health outcomes.
  • Collect quality data from various sources.
  • Manage daily work using multiple systems and applications.
  • Prioritize daily work to meet quality reporting deadlines.
  • Communicate quality performances and improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with customers and co-workers.
  • Participate in webinars and trainings.
  • Build positive relationships with co-workers and customers.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) with medical terminology knowledge.
  • Associate degree or greater in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • 2 years’ experience in Medicare Advantage Quality data abstraction.
  • Tech savvy in managing health data and using Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with others effectively.
