Overview

The Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist is responsible for leading clinical innovation and transformation initiatives in collaboration with Aledade market leaders and clinical leads within primary care practices. This role focuses on optimizing clinical and quality outcomes while reducing unnecessary costs for defined patient populations, such as individuals with uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with 3+ years of experience.
• 2+ years working in value-based care (preferred).
• Experience with quality improvement (preferred).
• Strong understanding of value-based care principles.
