In Short

• Co-lead the development of Tala's multi-year strategies and AOP in partnership with Finance and leadership.
• Build, implement, and operationalize robust frameworks to evaluate, size, scope, and prioritize strategic initiatives.
• Manage and refine Tala's core operating cadence to enhance effectiveness, alignment, and decision-making speed.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and execution discipline against strategic priorities.
• Establish processes for collaborating with local market teams to maintain a centralized view of competitive and market intelligence.
• Provide actionable insights derived from market intelligence to inform strategic planning and key decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or investment banking.
• Proven track record of contributing to strategic planning processes and developing analytical frameworks.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of goal-setting frameworks and connecting strategic plans to operational execution.
• Proven ability to manage organizational change effectively.
• High degree of comfort navigating ambiguity and developing actionable solutions.
• Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
