Overview

The Managing Director will head up Meals & More, a charity focused on providing healthy meals and activities for children in need during school holidays.

• Lead the day-to-day management and strategic direction of Meals & More.
• Onboard and manage delivery partners for effective fund application.
• Develop and implement growth strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Work closely with the Board of Trustees and Sysco GB network.

• Ensure effective financial oversight and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Experience in the charitable sector and knowledge of child poverty issues.
• Proven leadership skills and a passion for making a difference.
• Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
• Experience in fundraising, including grant applications.
• Understanding of the school catering and holiday provision landscape is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
