• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, delivering actionable insights based on revenue, customer, and operational data.
• Develop revenue forecasting models and predictive analytics.
• Analyze customer behavior and market data to recommend growth strategies.
• Create dashboards and reports for KPI visibility.
• Collaborate with C-level executives on goals and operational priorities.
• Present data-driven recommendations for efficiency and revenue opportunities.
• Continuously improve sales and customer success processes.
• Monitor performance against revenue goals and identify improvement areas.

• Understand the customer journey for improving conversion and retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Business Analytics, preferably in SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysis languages is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with senior executives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
