• Optimizing sales and operational efficiency through continuous process improvement.
• Align and transform data from external sources to match internal structures and naming conventions.
• Maintain process workflows and deliver valuable and timely reporting to sales leadership.
• Develop and implement data-driven tools and systems to drive operational execution.
• Support sales teams with planning and operational tasks.
• Monitor sales pipeline and analyze data related to sales performance.
• Develop reports utilizing database reporting tools.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales, Strategic Finance, and other teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in advertising, agency, sales operations or similar function.
• Demonstrated cross-functional influence and leveraging data for business impact.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Mode).
• Ability to identify and quantify opportunities and design sustainable solutions.
• Polished communication skills.
• Ability to develop business cases for strategic growth opportunities.
• A self-starter with the ability to respond to problems independently.
