SCADA Programmer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a qualified SCADA Programmer to join our team, responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of SCADA systems for industrial automation processes.

In Short

• Develop and implement SCADA applications using industry-standard software platforms
• Program and configure PLCs for process control
• Design and create HMI interfaces for effective system monitoring and control
• Optimize database management systems for efficient data storage and retrieval
• Develop custom scripts to enhance SCADA system functionality and automate processes
• Diagnose and resolve issues in SCADA systems, PLCs, and related hardware
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SCADA systems meet operational requirements
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on SCADA system operation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in SCADA programming and industrial automation
• Proficiency in SCADA software platforms such as Wonderware, Ignition, or FactoryTalk
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and HMI development
• Experience with industrial network protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC)
• Knowledge of database management and scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• English B2 spoken and written
