We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager passionate about innovation and digital agriculture. You will be an essential part of our team, working on a project aimed at maximizing the yield and profit potential of corn and soybean crops.

Requirements

• Solid experience in full-stack development, proficient in ReactJS and Node.js or Python.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience in implementing automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Experience with cloud architectures, especially AWS.
• Previous experience in leading or managing software development teams.
• Ability to deliver POCs, MVPs, and conduct technology assessments following design thinking practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to promote a collaborative and trusting work environment, addressing and overcoming common team challenges.
• Advanced English.
