Synapticure is seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Strategic Engagement to lead the development of impactful relationships and patient engagement strategies that fuel the company’s growth and mission.

In Short

• Lead the development of patient engagement strategies.
• Oversee Engagement and Outreach and Marketing functions.
• Identify and manage key partnerships with healthcare systems and stakeholders.
• Own the patient engagement lifecycle from awareness to retention.
• Shape how patients experience Synapticure’s services.
• Act as a liaison between external partners and internal teams.
• Guide stakeholders through planning efforts with partners.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive patient engagement strategy.
• Monitor and optimize engagement performance metrics.
• Lead patient-facing marketing and communications efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Marketing; Master’s preferred.
• 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development.
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or B2B SaaS sectors.
• Strong understanding of patient engagement and provider relations.
• Proven success in developing strategic relationships.
• Ability to influence at the executive level.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
• Strong data and performance measurement skills.
