Overview

The Strategic Engagement Gift Officer will function as the engine behind Advancement’s Annual Giving efforts and strategize alongside the Major Gifts team to identify donor growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or advancement work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with graphic design software.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for donor visits.
• Must reside and work legally in the U.S.
