Principal Scientist - Remote

Overview

As a Principal Scientist in TR Labs, you will lead complex technical projects and initiatives with high uncertainty / solution risk. This is a senior individual contributor role, which can also have a small team of 2-3 scientists directly reporting. You will provide technical direction and thought leadership to both scientists and engineers, working on applied research and delivery workstreams.

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant discipline or Master’s with comparable experience
• 10+ years of experience in building IR/NLP systems
• Experience with large language models
• Proven success in innovative applied research
• Outstanding communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of best practices in information retrieval
• Experience with expert systems and natural language interfaces
• Relevant publications in top conferences
