Overview

This position involves providing customer service support to healthcare providers while working remotely. The role requires fluency in both French and English.

In Short

  • Provide customer service support via phone and email.
  • Ensure accurate reporting data in compliance with industry standards.
  • Act as the point of contact for vendor management processes.
  • Issue payments accurately to vendors and others.
  • Generate pre and post event reporting.
  • Assist in training providers and staff on event management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proven written and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Self-driven with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Prior project/event planning experience is a plus.
  • SME/Floor support experience is a plus.
