In Short

• Oversee multiple project activities associated with onboarding major clients.
• Manage procurement and tools such as Ariba.
• Use Project Management and collaboration solutions such as Smartsheet.
• Skilled in Networking and Telecom technologies.
• Prior experience in BPO infrastructure or technology operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Genesys Platforms is a must.
• Experience with Cisco UCCE components preferred.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure zero client escalations.
• Support and manage projects on behalf of IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5-10 years of technical-based project management experience.
• Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
• PMI membership and PMP Certification preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
