Client Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Client Project Manager will oversee the design and implementation of customer Asset Performance Management programs, ensuring project objectives are met through effective planning and evaluation.

In Short

• Manage project activities for Agilent CrossLab Enterprise Services.
• Work with sales team in pre-sales activities and contracting.
• Establish project objectives and performance standards.
• Track and manage project issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Interpret plans and contract terms for clients and internal teams.
• Provide cross-functional team leadership.
• Develop reports on project progress, costs, and schedules.
• Facilitate financial aspects of contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Formal Project Management training or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of laboratory instrument service and maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Basic GMP and GLP experience preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to work varied hours as needed.
